Hi, I am Dr. Melissa Nassaney, founder of Full Circle Pelvic Health

As a pelvic health physical therapist, educator, and pelvic health advocate for over 20 years, I provide personalized, private, and integrative pelvic floor therapy that’s rooted in science and grounded in education and compassion. I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Pelvic floor physical therapy can help in any stage of life.

  • Begin with a thorough, private consultation to discuss your symptoms and goals

  • Receive a customized therapy program designed specifically for your pelvic health needs; Your first session includes a detailed conversation about your symptoms, history, goals, and a physical evaluation. We go at your pace and always prioritize your comfort and consent.

  • Your progress is our priority—we fine-tune your plan as you heal, every step of the way

    • We treat a wide range of pelvic floor conditions in both men and women, including urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, genital pain, pregnancy related low back pain/hip pain, sexual dysfunction, organ prolapse, and post-surgical recovery (including cancer-related care).

    • In most cases, no referral is needed. However, some insurance companies may require one for reimbursement. We’re happy to help you navigate this.

    • We are an out-of-network provider with most insurances. That means you are financially responsible for your treatment sessions. We can provide you with a receipt that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement back to you. This allows us to offer more personalized care without insurance limitations. We do accept Medicare. Therefore, if you have Medicare (Not a BlueCross or United Health Medicare plan or other) we are happy to bill Medicare on your behalf and no payment is required unless you have a deductible you have not met for the year.

    • Clients often notice improvements in just 2–5 sessions. Because care is individualized and focused, people often see faster results — fewer sessions, less stress, and greater value. The opportunity to heal on your own terms. It’s an investment in your wellness, not a revolving door of copays and coinsurance.
