Begin with a thorough, private consultation to discuss your symptoms and goals. A comprensive exam is offered to evaluate all your musculoskeletal needs and may include an external biofeedback, pelvic floor muscle and posture assessments and functional movement analysis.
Receive a customized therapy program designed specifically for your pelvic health needs; Your first session includes a detailed conversation about your symptoms, history, goals, and a physical evaluation. We go at your pace and always prioritize your comfort and consent.
Your progress is important to us—we adjust your plan as you heal to support your long-term pelvic health and wellness. We know that not every condition we address is on our website. If you’re unsure if we’re right for you, please reach out through our website or schedule a free 15-minute consultation call.
We treat a wide range of pelvic floor conditions in both men and women, including urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, genital pain, pregnancy related low back pain/hip pain, sexual dysfunction, organ prolapse, and post-surgical recovery (including cancer-related care).
In RI, Physical therapy services do not require a referral. However, some insurance companies may require one for reimbursement. We’re happy to help you navigate this.
In 2025 we stepped away from insurance networks to provide personalized care, believing that true healing needs time and connection. Your medical care should never be rushed or dictated by a third party and you should not have to wait 3 months to be treated. While you pay upfront at each session, we provide a detailed superbill you can submit for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network insurance benefits. If you have a plan with a high deductible, you might find our care is more affordable than in-network options.
We also accept FSA and HSA payments so you can use your benefits and use your dollars for for your health the way you wish.
For our Seniors, we do accept Medicare as an in-network provider and RI Blue-Chip as an out-of- network provider.
Clients often notice improvements in just 2–5 sessions. Because care is individualized and focused, people often see faster results — fewer sessions, less stress, and greater value. The opportunity to heal on your own terms. It’s an investment in your wellness, not a revolving door of copays and coinsurance.
